No. The one-time setup fee covers your site build, and it's yours to keep either way. The monthly Care Plan is optional, ongoing hosting, updates, and support — most clients keep it because it's cheaper and easier than managing hosting and security patches themselves.
No. Care Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual billing is available at a discount (2 months free) but is never required.
Your site keeps running. You (or a host of your choosing) take over responsibility for hosting, DNS, and updates going forward. There's no penalty for cancelling and no refund owed on the setup fee, since that covers work already completed.
Yes — upgrade whenever your business grows. We'll quote the difference in build work and adjust your monthly Care Plan to match your new tier.
Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% at launch. For Premium builds, ask about splitting the setup fee into three payments across the project timeline.
